- General Policy
All sales of services, including horary astrology readings and consultations, are final. Once you make a purchase and the service is rendered, we do not offer refunds. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from the readings or services provided, as the results may vary depending on the individual circumstances.
- Dissatisfaction with Services
If you are dissatisfied with the service or feel that your reading was not performed as expected, we encourage you to contact us directly. While we do not provide refunds, we are committed to addressing any concerns and will work with you to ensure that the service meets your expectations to the best of our ability.
- Issues with Service Delivery
If there was a technical issue, a problem with scheduling, or a mistake on our part in delivering the reading, please reach out to us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue, which may include offering a rescheduled reading or another form of compensation.
If the issue cannot be resolved, we will provide a full refund within 7 days of confirming the problem.
- Cancellations
Once a horary astrology reading has been purchased, the astrologer begins analyzing the question and preparing the response as soon as possible. Due to the nature of this service, cancellations and refunds are not available after the astrologer has started working on the reading.
If you wish to cancel your request, please contact us immediately after purchase. If work has not yet begun, we may offer a refund at our discretion. However, once the reading process has started, the service is considered delivered and non-refundable.
- No Refunds for Dissatisfaction
We want to be transparent that dissatisfaction with the nature of the astrology reading, personal interpretation, or the results of the reading itself does not qualify for a refund. We encourage you to ask any clarifying questions during the session to ensure you fully understand the insights provided.
